A cuisine that is generous by nature

The story of your meal begins less than 20 km from Auberge Saint-Antoine, in the heart of our 1 acre garden on Île d'Orléans. Our Chef Arthur Muller and our Chef Jardinier Alexandre Faille work to create flavorful year-round menus around the harvests of our farm and the wonders of the St. Lawrence River, which borders the hotel and its restaurants. 

This cuisine aspires to be nourishing to the body, delighting to the heart, and uplifting  to the spirit.
