The story of your meal begins less than 20 km from Auberge Saint-Antoine, in the heart of our 1 acre garden on Île d'Orléans. Our Chef Arthur Muller and our Chef Jardinier Alexandre Faille work to create flavorful year-round menus around the harvests of our farm and the wonders of the St. Lawrence River, which borders the hotel and its restaurants.
