At our restaurants, nature is our greatest inspiration. Our Chef and Gardening Chef are passionate about simplicity, wellness, and excellence, creating a dining experience that showcases the treasures from our farm, 'La Ferme du Côteau,' on the enchanting Île d'Orléans.
Our cuisine is a generous embrace—nourishing the body while delighting the heart and uplifting the spirit. Each dish aims to tell a story of sustainability and craftsmanship, inviting you to savor the vibrant flavors that emerge from our farm.The menus at Chez Muffy and Bar Artefact highlight hyper-local, seasonal ingredients, ensuring freshness and flavor. By embracing the rhythms of nature, we craft dishes that provide comfort and joy, celebrating the unique flavors of each season.
Our wine list includes 750 different labels from 14 countries. Our cellar, nominated as one of the Best Cellars in Canada by Wine Spectator, houses over 7 000 bottles, many of which are private imports and vins de garde. The expertise of our sommelier team is available to create wine pairings that compliment both the menu and your personal tastes.
Certifications
We are proud to use as many of our ingredients as possible from our own farm and sustainable and responsible farming. This is why we are pleased to be certified Aliments du Québec au menu, which recognizes restaurants and institutions that value Quebec products in their menu.
