The minimum age for check-in at the hotel is 18. Children are of course welcome when accompanied by an adult.

There is no charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your date of arrival. Should you wish to cancel your stay 48 hours or less prior to your arrival, the first night will be charged.

From June 16th to October 15th, and from December 23rd to January 2nd, cancellations without charge must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. During these periods, any stay cancelled within 15 days before the arrival date will be fully charged to the client.

Yes, but mini-bar service is only available on request.

We only have one room with a microwave, so we suggest you ask for one when booking.

Children are always welcome at the hotel. For groups traveling with children under the age of 12, special amenities are placed in the room upon arrival. Children until the age of five enjoy free breakfast. Films, games and a private screening room are available on the property, and our concierge can arrange babysitting services as well as children’s activities. No, we are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply if this rule is not respected.

Yes, we do offer indoor valet parking on property. The fee is $45 per night.

The Auberge is very attached to its historical past, and we have a collection of artifacts on display throughout the hotel. While some of it is only accessible if you're staying with us, the common areas can be visited on a guided tour. You can also take advantage of your stay at the Auberge to visit the Museum of Civilization, just across the street.
